Where do I begin' My first night at Oak Run my ceiling leaked all over my bed, then I had a moldy ceiling and pantry for 3 weeks. All of the food in my pantry was ruined. Within the first week the door knob to my front door fell off in my hand. The make ready team does a half ass job. Instead of cleaning they just painted over the hair on the baseboards and counter tops. The caulking in the bathroom was moldy and hairy. The water is periodically shut off, my sink has dripped the entire time I've lived here despite several maintenance requests. I gave up because they can't seem to get it right. When my cabinet fell apart the maintenance guy seemed dumbfounded that I asked him to paint it to match the rest of my kitchen. There are police helicopters that circle the complex at any given time. It reeks of pot and incense all around. The office staff is unprofessional. My lease could not end soon enough.

Wow...and I thought we were special to have the hair dried in paint feature.

I've found hair in the paint too. GROSS! My window pane fell out of the frame. They advised me to be more careful next time...the pane still comes out of the runners. Fun Fun.

I guess the maintenance men must have been saving their good service for me. Not only were they timely and polite, he stayed after to help me install a burglar lock on my sliding glass door.
