I moved into a duplex at Oak Run about a month ago and the only real problem was the ants-they're everywhere. We got the apartment exterminated...but that didn't seem to help the problem. However, now...we don't have a back fence. They tore the majority of it down because they were working on irrigation or something..but it's been down for 3 weeks now. There were workers working on it the first week, and for the past 2, no one has worked on it. Our backyard has just turned into a huge pile of dirt and wires...and the roaches are thriving now. Also, my roomate and I have both been experiencing horrible night sweats almost every night. If we stay elsewhere, we don't sweat, but if we're in the apartment, we do. We turn down the AC to 60 and sleep with no covers, yet the night sweats still come. I read online that this could be a sign of mold, and after reading all the reviews about mold, I'm needless to say a little wary.

I don't dislike Oak Run alltogether. There's a lot of things I do like about it so far, it's just these few things that concern me.
