I lived at Oak Run for a year and a half. It was mostly pleasant. Maintenance always got things fixed, for emergencies they came same day. Two of the pools dont get warm enough for me (shade and fountains.)

They did not put in new carpet before we moved in (as they said they would) but the carpet wasnt in the worst shape and they gave us back most of our deposit. The price on the place went up very fast last year so we moved to a much larger place.

One thing to be cautious of is the apartments are not identical. they were originally built as condos and so one will have a bookcase in the wall and another will not. Because of their popularity you might not get to look at the apt you are renting before you sign.
