I have lived here for aproximately one year and over the course of the year I have had frequent problems with unreasonable neighbors and the definition of rude management, especially -----. I have never been so mistreated and treated like a criminal. As you can see, I am not the only one feeling this way and the comments on here are valid. The location might be good but that is the only saving grace for this community that is obviously being exposed as a fraud. Whatever you do, dont get conned by them and find a place that appreciates your business and respects your as tenants.

I agree the six months i lived at Oak Run the water was shut off at least once a week with out notice. There are better and cheaper places with a professional staff. ----- lies and does nothing to help tenants. This place is a joke. DONT LIVE AT OAK RUN.

I agree 100% ----- and ----- only interested in milking the tenants for every cent they can manage. They are easily the most unpleasant and most unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

DONOT!!!! move to this property, they constantly shut your water off and then the office personal are rude and uncaring. The shut it off with no notice. Hope you don't need to take a shower, take med's or need to cook dinner, it won't happen here.

Hi, I am in a legal battle with Oak Run- I am asking all those folks who have had horrific experiences such as myself if they are willing to sign their testimonies- not here- but in a hard copy to me so that I can present them to the judge-I was told that that would help my case greatly- I recommend that everyone file civil claims if they have experienced the neglect from magmnt. that I have. One just needs to use the info. gathered from the Tenant Landlord Council- and the Texas Stautes on Landlord responsibilities- Breech of Contract law. These apathetic underachievers count on people not taking the steps required to stand up for themselves as it takes so much energy to do that in this system. I am more than willing to help others- I have represented myself before against hospital/corporate lawyers and won the maximum judgement.
