We have lived in oak run for 9 months and are counting the days until our yearly lease is up. Our biggest issue with this place is the general manager Heidi Braun. She is known as the bubbly lady with a nice smile who lures you in, to then become your worst nightmere. Getting work done to your appartment quickly becomes a negotiation. There is no "sure, we will get right on it". Its "you know if you don't pay for this now, I will take it out of your deposit." All we needed was a new cabinet door. The owners need to consider a new manager... their name, future business, and reputation may depend on it. And after reading the other tenants responses to her post and their own reviews getting rid of her just seems like common sense. We hate you.

Here is the management company information for OAK RUN: Nevins/Lewbel Management Inc. Petra Robles (805)963-2884 It is amazing to me that Heidi Braun is still employed there. If everyone contacted her SUPERIORS it might actually get something accomplished. Feel free to pass this information along to all your neighbors! Might want to consider making a flyer as well!! I would be homeless before I would move back to OAK RUN!! I still have issues with the place even though I have not lived there for almost three years. Lets not even get into the poor girl that died from BLACK MOLD poisoning. She lived in the 3917 building in the apartment downstairs that ALWAYS floods when it rains..........another story all together!

Also, here is the information concerning the property owner according to the Travis county Tax office. It's just another huge company who hires the management company. But, I don't think they can afford to allow such embarrassingly unprofessional people such as Heidi or Erica run Oak Run any longer.
