I am not sure where the other posts are coming from, I have had nothing but good experiences at Oak Run. Oak Run is not perfect but I found the maintenance and office staff to be helpful. I love the atmosphere here!

Really? You're fine with having water shut off at least 3 to 5 times a month without warning? You're fine with the building falling down around us and the weeks it takes maintenance to do the simplest of repairs? You're saying you're happy with there being no laundry facilities on the premises and no word from the office on when we can expect it? Yeah, you don't live in Oak Run. You work there.

Water was shut off during the month of February 2009 during the following four days: 4 Feb, 5 Feb, 10 Feb, 16 Feb. Those are the days that I noticed. The 10th February water shut off was a scheduled occurrence. The other three days were unscheduled. That does not make for a pleasant stay.

hahaha. i love it when the management post comments. it is so blatantly obvious. what a nightmare apartment complex!
