I've lived here for about 6 months now and I'm honestly confused by some of these reviews. I have felt immensely comfortable since I've lived here. I appreciate the work the staff puts into this beautiful place. Just drive around and you can see the work too. The ladies in the office always take time to answer my questions & needs with efficiency and courtesy. I will admit that parking in my area sucks, but that's about it. I LOVE being in the trees, and I'm looking forward to our next 6 months here.

The reviews you see are mostly just vengeance reviews. One of the staff did something one of the renters didn't like, and now the disgruntled ex-residents are resorting to libel and falsehoods in an attempt to strike back. In my opinion, they showed too much of their hand when they resorted to outright fabrications ("Oak Run apartments kill people with black mold!") and silly insults ("Heidi has a sandy ------!"). And, yes, parking sucks, but that's about the only complaint I had, too.

Well, if this was just vengeance, there wouldn't be SOOOO many people writing bad reviews. If you are lucky enough to have a good experience...consider yourself that...LUCKY! I don't have enough fingers and toes to count how many people have contacted me with hideous stories of neglect and disrespect. This place is too risky. (and clearly, anyone who spends time defending this place either works there, owns it or has some reason to get on here and be checking negative comments.) If you had a great experience at a complex would you go online and look at apartment reviews...probably not.)
