Would not refund security deposit - no response to certified mail requests. Management representative said apt was in excellent shape and refund would be forthcoming, but never received. Had to finally go to court and won judgement against management. Beleive confusion on management's part as to which apartment was rented by me, mixed me up with someone who had left another apartment in disarray. Very costly and time consuming to win judgement, but still no refund received of security deposit, two years after the fact. Very dishonest and untrustworthy. Would not recommend at all.

This is not true.I was part of the management team at that time. I know who that person is,and the property was filthy.. this is just a flat out lie. and there are NOT judgements against the Owner, or the properties.YOU CAN CHECK WITH THE PUBLIC RECORDS at Travis county. This is a false false false statment, How in the world can people live with themsleves and this web site allow anyone to write anything. This is wrong. I help the owner return deposits, and make copies and take care of that part of the business,most of the rooms were marginally clean, marginally clean! Tenants simply do not take care of the units, I was disgusted to find how dirty most of the units were. There have never been any lawsuits filed by tenants against Ms Ralls nor were the police called, nor were there any judgements filed. this is very false information. each person should be sure to fill out a property condition form when moving and and have it signed by the owner, or managment company Please provide the case number, dates, and judge you saw to confirm. As this is false information.
