A/c would stop working frequently during the summer. Ice cold winters, paper thin walls, no hot water (try taking an ice cold shower in the dead of winter). Apt owner is a two face, she seems friendly but she is evil! They promise wireless internet, never happened! The apt manager is a ut student too busy to return calls. One neighber would make seafood and the halls would smell horrible. No parking. Someone fell on my car and left a dent on the hood. The guy in 102 is jerk with roid rage. Location is the only good thing about this place!!
