I couldn't believe how horrid the management was! It was basically the owner coming by every three months while she hires a student to collect the rent and clean the place sometimes. You have to share a bathroom with your neighbor which isn't so bad except for the fact that our locks couldn't lock anymore since the doors were sinking and we told them time and time again. Also, I had to buy a shower rod since they didn't bother to replace a broken one and they didn't reimburse me (even when I wrote to them and talked to them). One time the ceiling in the hallways was leaking water creating chips inthe paint which fell onto the floor, we're talking cups of water here.

yes, that is true.. the management company was KHP whom was fired after we found out they were not taking care of the property. we lived out of town. I am truly sorry for these problems.
