For the price you pay you should have a clue that this place is not the Hilton. If you need to save some money and want to live close to UT then this is the place for you. The manager, Tim, is as good as they come. This place does have its downsides like parking, horrible wireless internet, and thin walls, but overall it was a good experience. Most of the tenants are very friendly and security has never been an issue. Overall I would recommend this complex if you are on a budget!

Since you have lived here, the owner moved back and made this place a hell hole with her tyrannical attitude.
