Whatever you do, DO NOT live at this complex. During my time living there, I had to call the cops on the landlady because she kept harrassing me and would not vacate my apartment when I asked her to. She was arrested under criminal tresspassing.

The apartment complex is a mess and the management is horrible with dealing with tenants. Parking is not given to every tenant and the apartment's close proximity to campus does not allow for parking on the street.

Please, I beg of you. Do not live here.

This woman has made false, and I mean false accusations. she terrorized all of us while living at the apartments. SHE accused my friend, she often yelled and screamed and acted like a crazy woman. She was so rude to everyone. She had a cat, which smelled up the place, and caused us to get fleas! She lied about so many things. She accused some other guys of stalking her, this chick is flat out ugly! the owner had to call the cops on HER>> she was so irrational. She was getting ready to really do some damage to this hunk manager.. He was very nice and everyone liked him and the owner. She was never arrested and those are very false statements. I hope the owner sues her for all she is worth the apartments are very very clean. The cops came and found out she had accused several other UT students of stalking and rape, thank goodness for the rest of us guys.. living there , that the owner took quick action and had her evicted. She then lied and said that the manager let out her cat.. that she really did not have. she is a nut case. This place is awesome and everyone hangs out, gets along.That crazy lady, she would be drunk in the morning, and all of us that had to live by her would listen to her screaming and yelling and it was a nightmare! The Austin police Dept did not arrest the owner, I was there, I am a tenant that lived across the hall. I have flea scars from the fleas that bit me. I am mad that this kind of junk and slander can get placed on the internet. Most people choose this place to live here because you do not need a car. you have to have a permit to have a car, and I have always had a place to park. the owner is very nice! and all the people that work there are nice.

there aren't emough parking places for all tenents. tenents are charged for parking permits. Sounds like another letter from management. where is the repairs? oh, wait, if you wait a week or two you might get service. Don't forget to leave several voicemail messages. Is the AC running in the summer? or leukwarm air only? Hope that is fixed after not fixing it last summer. Prompt repairs? Working on AC systems and not fixing it is not the same as prompt repairs. Are we talking about the same complex or another. Oh, and the manager has been sued multiple times for not returning damage deposits to the residents who lived there. Doesn't sound nice to me. Now that's the truth.

How did "She had a cat, which smelled up the place, and caused us to get fleas!" turn into "She then lied and said that the manager let out her cat.. that she really did not have."? so who lied? you or the tenant? did she have a cat and caused all this trouble and gave you fleas or did you lie about her? Management must be HORRIBLE if you have to reply to every single posting and STILL can't get your story right!!

I lived in this complex, I delt with the owner, and I have a strong suspicion that some of these posts are written by her. The broken AC issues are true, the angry, accusatory owner issues are true, the lack of parking, all of it. That is why I moved away, even though the place is near campus. It seems that I am also not the only person that had a hard time getting my deposit back, I had to talk to legal services on campus before she would respond to my requests for my deposit. Shady, shady, shady.

I lived at these apartments five years ago. im still haunted by that place. No ac in the summer and no heater in the winter. homeless people recided in an empty room and stole from my neighbor. Worst apartment that i have ever lived in and I have lived in a few horrible places. this place takes the cake. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!
