The comments made from the same person that wrote all of the incorrect
and very false information from August till November is insane!
I have lived at Park Avenue Place for 3 years, and it has been a very pleasant experience. This person was ECVICTED This person has serious serious mental illness. The apartments are very clean and well kept.IT is a deal!
and I have had nothing but great experiences. They are very prompt about repairs,
and this person is not a credible person. She was very fat, and ugly, and is really reallym mentally ill.
and she is slandering the management. She has made all of this up. She was screaming at the onsite manager and acting really crazy. Man, I am glad she is gone.
DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THIS> THE managers and owner is awesome..really. Every property has problems, I have never had any ants, or bugs, and if someone did, it is because they are dirty and did not take out the trash.

Must have been posted by management. No one else agrees with the "resident's" statements made. Surely 10-15 people making statements about the horrible conditions of this place cannot all be wrong, can they?

My boyfriend lived at this place, and it was really dirty. There was a dead cockroach laying in the middle of the hallway for weeks. In fact, the whole place was infested. I could walk in any time of day or night through the front door. The AC and internet never worked, and when one tenent would smoke cigarettes or marajuana it would get into the air system that pumped into every room. Management was generally unresposive to any issues. Oh, and students "playing" manager onsite, is no replacement for real management.

This sort of low-rent tactic (pun intended) is par for the course for this woman. Move in and you'll learn a lot more.

My name is Jay Gonzales, I lived at Park Avenue in room 112 then moved to unit 2 for 3 years. Ms Ralls just sent me this posting and ask if I would confirm with my email that in fact I did write the review on 4/27/2007. I lived across from the woman that had serious mental issues and kept me up many nights with screaming and loud talking as well. She had a cat, even though pets were not allowed and it often kept not only myself but Rich and Natalie that lived next to her. I see they wrote a very positive comment on behalf of Ms. Ralls. I do not know who you are, but you must have a little too much time on your hands to continue to monitor what Ms Ralls does, if you have moved out. I have a gut feeling that you are the person in 104 whom made my life along with everyone on the hall miserable, with all your company and loud music. Ms. Ralls is a good landlord by all standards. It is and was the most affordable place in the entire UT campus. Get a life. Try owning and managing real estate and see how tough it is. I did post that review and I was there along with Ms Ralls, the onsite manager and her son when the police came and almost arrested this woman for stalking the manager. Everyone on the hall was greatly relieved when she was no longer living there. Why don;t you have the guts to post who you are instead of hiding behind anonymous emails. I live out of state now but I am still thankful for the affordable housing so close to campus. It was always clean, we had free cable, internet, and most of the residents were pleasant. Quit making accusations that Ms Ralls would write these reviews. She did not know this website existed until someone else forwarded the postings to her a few years back. I wrote the review. Are you satisfied now?
