I've been here for just over a year now. The location is awsome considering the price. You wont find that anywhere!
All utilitys are included, plus free use of the laundry room and free cable/internet...we have the fastest internet Time Warner offers!
The land lord has gottin some bad reviews but those are simply from delusional people aren't willing to take the blame for their actions.
When i first met the landlord i was greeted with a warm welsome and has since been a great landlord. Always cheerfull, and fast to fix repairs. There is the occasional problem but is always fixed in a timly manner...nothing's perfect. Ignore the other reviews.
The place is kept very clean as the landlord is here very often cleaning the place up.

lol..what's up Machelle. I'll say it again. 20 people/residents with bad reviews of your place must tell you something. It's not a conspiracy against you. Just need some changes to the way you run things there. See the "real" reviews. Constructive criticism, if taken to heart, should improve your place, people's outlook, and overall image. Posting these bogus reviews when most of your tenents say how awful it is does not do justice for those truly looking for a great place to live. You only leave them disillusioned and angry.

I am not sure what unit you are in, but it would be best to confront me in person rather than vent on this website. there are not 20 bad reviews. four of them are from the same girl in 07-08 and the other from a former tenant in 104. the reviews are not bogus, Brian and another tenant notified me they were posting positive reviews last night.I clearly have used my name. If you are so unhappy, then contact me directly and discuss the issues. I keep every email and written request in regards to repairs, and complaints. Park Avenue place can only lend itself to provide so many things. There are advantages and disadvantages, but each resident is given the same information before moving in to make an informed decision. I have had one complaint in the past year in regards to small ants. That is all. Everyone is aware of the shared bathroom and I do my best to match prospective tenants so they get along and always put males with males, females with females. Having and ON SITE Resident Asst., is not the same as a manager. I am at the property almost every day checking on things, cleaning, etc. There are not ANY all Bills paid, Furnished, free cable, internet, laundry--properties this close to campus. I asked the agent to look and I checked every property in a 3 mile radius. 600 dollars is very affordable considering the property taxes we pay to Travis County.as well as insurance. and utilities are so high in Austin because of the SOS regulations. But that is why we all love Austin, the trees, lakes, parks. my name is posted, and I did not write the anonymous reviews. However, again, if you are that unhappy, then contact me directly. I am there every day.. email me or contact me instead of blasting me and the property on this website. Prospective residents are shown at least 2 units and given a fact sheet as well as those items included on the TAA lease. there is no deception. I am truly sorry you are unhappy and if you contact me then lets see about subleasing so you can move where you are happy, Thankyou.

an absolute LIE---the only complaint you've had in the past year was for ants?? -- this being posted in May, 2009, in the middle of my tenancy. well i recall making a 2-page list of complaints, in addition to numerous emails & attempts at speaking with you on the phone & in person. that was less than half a year ago. how quickly & conveniently you forget...
