The location cannot get much better than this place....we are right behind a great burger restaurant and when one walks out the door at lunchtime in the lush green front yard, one smells the great aromas of burgers and fries! Mostly graduate students live here so very quiet most of the time! Great place for people with tight budgets! All bills are paid, laundry is included, it is free! All you have to do is bring a smile, a bed, your stuff, and a willingness to compromise when sharing a bathroom, but those issues are hardly difficult! Great comfy couches and a piano downstairs make a perfect sitting area and the windows in each of the rooms is great for natural light and make the rooms more comfortable!

As I have moved out I have nothing to say as far as this subject! I still loved how perfect the location and facility was and have since moved out and on to a different chapter of my life!
