This is my first time posting here and Im not sure who has been writing all these negative comments about Machelle. She is a great landlord that forms close personal relationships with her tenants and is very attentive to their needs. I asked her once for a new desk because the old one was too small and she kindly gave me one from her own home. You will not get this kind of service from anywhere else and the price is very reasonable too. I highly recommend living here not just for its closeness to campus or its below market rent, but for the great service you will get. There is even a nice piano in the front :o).
