The ---------------- is a bit crazy, she seems so wonderful at first but after you have been there for a while it gets to be unbarable.

Like to sleep in'
Don't count on being able to sleep in, it's funny she will email everyone and remind them to keep quiet yet when she gets to the property early in the morning she can be heard hollering up and down the halls. she doesn't know how to speak at at a normal volume, she's just the type that talks and has to make sure everyone hears her.

She also wrrites allot off the good reviews on here, she doesn't know correct punctuation so its pretty obvious that it's her>>>

She likes to use the ">" symbol allot so its a dead give away, plus the way she talks makes it obvious she wrote them.

oh and lets not forget the drama queen she is, she once claimed a tenant sent her a NASTY horible email...i knew the guy when i lived there and he showed me the email he sent her...it was a simple repair request without a single nasty thing.

If you move here be prepaird for allot of inconvieninces and if you become and inconvinience just by makeing a repair request you better watch out...

She is also very controling and demanding even though she has no right.

if she asks for help dont do it, shes screwed allot of people out of allot of money

I'm sure i know who wrote this and they caused allot of problems for us the tenants as well as the --------. They are just mad for being evicted...they where evicted very very good and multiple reasons.

Clearly nothing has changed in several years.

Come on --------! At least put some effort into pretending to being a satisfied tenant. This complex has to have an abnormally high rate of evictions (judging from the posts). To the original users point, he is spot on. At least when i lived there you always knew when she was around. This was a huge problem for me. Shed talk as loudly as possible and the walls are paper thin. Bottom Line : Stay away from here. You might end up entering a bizzare world. P.S : --------, if you actually change yourself and behave right, within 2 years people would love living there.

As an exisiting resident, having the former problem residents gone has made all the difference. I agree with the review from briancte we are all glad they are not here. They were loud at all hours of the night and day. Due to my fellow neighbors tampering with the air conditioner, like the person in --- who would often take it upon himself to change the settings, yes I saw you several times, therefore the rest of us would suffer. Get a life. You are not missed and trust me we are glad you are not here anymore. We all know you did all the damage to the property and I hope the owner is able to prosecute you fully. While most if not all the people living here are enrolled at the University of Texas seeking higher education, having people like you and your friend live here was quite difficult. While some of us were trying to study and sleep you were too busy drinking smoking and had your television up loudly all the time. But that is to be expected from people like you that probably barely graduated from high school, if that.

that's some pretty weak/generic criticism for a grad student. good luck with your studies buddy; i hope you're not doing anything that's too important with that degree when you're finished. "people like you" is a disgusting phrase, you should throw it away. & you are an ignorant, blindfolded person if you want to attribute a slew of misery at an apartment complex to a single pair of residents. people reading this deserve to know about the horrific -------- that rules the place. (the following row of 'greater than' symbols is a tribute to --------, the lord.) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> for my own story, i am pleased to be gone from that lovely little place with nice trees, excellent location, great prices. i'm happy to be gone from the place that seemed so awesome at first. happy it's over because the -------- is psychotic and caused enough undue stress to ruin a few entire days of my life, plus some little extra minutes here and there when i had to vent to someone about the -------- i was dealing with. happy all that ----'s over. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> for those of you who insist on taking the time to say things like "get a life" or "move on" - try this exercise, which is probably a good idea in everyday life beyond this dumb forum: try to think of a time when some person disappointed and mistreated you, and you felt helpless against it, like there was nothing you could do to eliminate the problem or redeem yourself. if you're so fortunate that for what ever reason you have never felt this way, then use your imagination that makes you human to imagine feeling this way. perhaps then you'll understand why the angry tenants of this complex post here. here's one more tribute to --------: >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>writing>>>>>>>THIS WAY >>>>>is an indicator of....................SCHIZOPHRENIA>>>>>>>>>>>>look it up in a textbook, or wikipedia if you're a lazy grad student.........>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
