I have lived in Park Lane Villas for over 5 years and it has gone from a fun community to a trashy dive. The water that comes out of the faucet is brown and the water in the bathroom shower smells like dirt,the water pressure is always low, and the new roof is leaking and causing damage to the walls and my property inside. The community was formerly college students and families but now it is a den of gang activity and neglected maintenance. The place is is riddled with roaches, after a year of battling roaches through the services provided here and on our own, they are still here. Noise!If you like subwoofers blasting you all day than this is the place to be. There are people working here that knock on doors to tell people they don't like their porch furniture! They can't fix your pipes, but they can take time out of their day to insult your taste! I would consider any other Apartment complex.
