The elevators never work
The hot tub has green algae in it and it doesn't work
The stairwells are full of trash. Once, the trash wasn't picked up for 2 weeks and there was trash everywhere and the dumpsters were overflowing.
There is no onsite management and the number you call, nobody cares to help you.
There is absolutely no maintenance.
The secure parking garage is not secure, and they will tow you away if your permit is not seen by the towing people and they tow it about 20 miles out of town and it costs 275 dollars to get it out with all types of papers needed.
Bikes were stolen from the so called secure garage.

I wouldn't let my dog live here. Unless you are deaf (lots of noise), walk everywhere, own junk, know martial arts, self defense, and carry a gun, I would not live here. I think its safer, quieter, and cleaner under the bridge at I35 or at one of the homeless shelters. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
