The place is furnished and has a shared balcony. The manager is really understanding. I rented here for two years but moved out during the summer. I didn't have to pay for the summer months and he kept the apartment for me to move back into. I've never had a problem with parking and the property always looks clean and peaceful. The property is always lit and they have security cameras everywhere. I've never heard of noisy neighbors but we live next to the highway and if you try REALLY hard, you can sort of hear all the cars driving by. Never had a problem with personal safety HOWEVER there was one instance of someone else's stalker coming on the property. Not gated btw. I had a huge cockroach crawl out of the vent once. Killed it and never saw another one again. I guess the only big negativity is the huge deposit. $300 per person. I got 2/3 of it back but then I didn't clean the place very well when I left. Let's see... I asked them to look at my sink a couple of times, but they never did. So maintenance is a low point. If you ignore these two points, this place is great!
