Park terrace is definitely something else. Ive lived in this complex for 2 years and cannot seem to bring myself to move out and buy a home because this place is so hard to leave. It is close to everything but still tucked back enough to be a quiet and relaxing place to live. The apartments in immaculate condition with up-to-date details that make it easy for anyone to decorate, and if anything does need upkeep or replacement, the maintenance is quick to make the fix. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff is friendly. Security is good. We all watch out for one another. All in all, the perfect place!
