I moved out less than a year ago and when I stumbled upon this rating site, I wanted to sing praises for Park Terrace even though I've moved on into a house. It's an incredible property, small community, wonderful pool, workout room, etc. The best part is the incredible management -- I lived there for 2 years and dealt with two different on-site managers; both were absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend.
