Park Terrace continues to be a wonderful apartment complex and has been for the three (3) years I have lived here.

The location is wonderful. The apartment community is walking distance to Barton Springs, Zilker Park, the Trail, restaurant row on Barton Springs, Butler Pitch and Putt and you can even make it to downtown, though admittedly a longer walk.

Even though this apartment complex is close to downtown, the area is secure with gates letting residents and guests in and out.

The staff is professional and has always been incredibly attentive to any issues that have come up with my apartment or on the grounds.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a secure, quiet, apartment community with a great outdoor amenity package and a staff that will address any complaint as quickly as they can.

"the area is secure with gates letting residents and guests in and out." Guests aren't allowed inside the gates. If your guests are parking inside the gates, you should be instructing them to park outside the gates as the signs on the premises indicate.

Once again, another review that is posted by the manager under the poorly-veiled username of Parkterracecenter. I am confident that the manager will receive immediate notice of this review because reviewers are notified when someone responds. The practices of the management and its owners PT Investments is shameful, embarrassing, and should not be tolerated.
