I just moved to Austin and love staying at Park Terrace. The manager got back with me quick and moved me in quickley. Anytime I have ever had a problem with my apartment, maintenance came to fix it asap and the manager has always followed up to make everything was fixed and running properly. I have lived in lots of complexes but this by far is the best.

The Park Terrace property manager should know better than to post fake reviews. Spell check would be nice as long as you are posting false reviews and violating the terms of service here.

I don't know who you are but I have a pretty good idea. It is obvious that you are very unhappy here maybe you should find somewhere else to live. You have tried in every way to trash this property and the management team. You have reponded to every posting. If I were this unhappy with my home I definitely go elsewhere. This is a pleasant community with very pleasant residents. You are more than welcome to leave. Management are not posting any of these ads but I am sure that you and your little crew that you meet with periodically would think so since you are the head ring leader.
