Unpleasant landlady From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/11/2001 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998   This is a very nice apartment complex. Small, quiet, clean, great maintenance response, inexpensive, but with a CRAZY landlady! She will snoop in your apartment, fine you for having anything unusual on the outside of your apartment, kick you out for having parties (quiet parties) leave notes on the door if you leave your blinds open and have a messy bedroom/living room (I'm NOT KIDDING!!) and ask that you shut your blinds or remove the objects, she'll fine you if you decorate the outside of your apartment etc. etc. etc. The list goes on. Otherwise, she's great, and keeps the apartment complex in tip top shape. If you can stand a nutty old snoop, this is a great place to live.
