I have had bad experiences with leasing offices before, typical problems like, they lie to you about certain perks in order to get you to come live there, or they are slow on maintenance requests, etc. These experiences are usually typical of leasing offices mainly because I understand that it is their job to be curt and efficient and to get as many residents as possible to live at their complexes. However, I have NEVER in my life, had to deal with such a rude and beligerent property manager in my whole life. When I asked about my deposit, she totally flipped out and said that I wasn't getting any of it back. Screaming at me to get out of her office. Well, keep it. I hope that you use this money to buy a personality or some midol. I do not recommend living at a complex with such unstable management. This apartment complex is not even nice. It is old and dingy, the area is very dirty and access to the apartment and exiting the apartment is a hassle. There is a creepy old man that likes to lurk around the parking lot at night, probably being a pervert, staring into windows and stuff, JUST LIKE THE OLD HAG. I bet these two are lovers. There is no privacy. There are stray cats roaming freely around.

It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non payment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived on the property. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
