there is nothing to say about this experience, except that the word horrendous sums up the whole experience. aside from being in a ghetto part of town, on the BAD side of riverside (if you can imagine that), there were weird old people walking around the parking lot at night, creeping around, i didnt feel safe, the apartments were old, there were a million rules, one of which, you are not allowed to have more than a certain number of people over at one time. the landlady was a witch. the parking lot was dimly lit. it was a hassle getting in and out of the complex. this was the worst experience, EVER.

The Park Apartments, LLC, are a member of the Austin Apartment Association, the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non payment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived on the property. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
