I do not recommend living here. The office is full of busy bodies, and the landlord is an ignorant, racist old hag. The apartments are old and located in a seedy area. The parking lot is dark, and there are always strange randome people lurking around the lot.

The Park Apartments, LLC, are a member of the Austin Apartment Association, the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non payment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived on the property. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management. Park Apartments, LLC, Austin, TX
