nice small apartment, caring management

I rented this apartment(2/1) in Sep 2001. It is a small gated community. The manager, Joyce, was very caring, very well behaved. My wife used to visit the leasing office during her spare time to talk to them for hours. Maintenance is extremely good. Never took more than a day to fix any thing. Efficient air conditioner, fridge and other appliances. Although, riverside area is famous for crime, I never saw any incidence in the complex. This is one of the safest apartment in that area. They used to have security camera installed almost everywhere. The only reason, I moved out after 13 months, is my daughters school. We now live in a area where school is excellent but apartment managemnt is horrible. I really miss Park management. By the way, I got all my deposit back. Not a single penny was deducted. Of course, I maintained the apartment like my home.
