Live here if you don't mind having management invade your apartment whenever they want. In fact, I saw Joyce peep into my windows at night to make sure I don't have extra visitors over. Management here is extremely controlling; they even have a list of separate guidelines they want you to adhere to, such as no more than 6 people over at one time, and no loud talking. This place sucks. I can't move out fast enough.

The Park Apartments, LLC, are a member of the Austin Apartment Association, the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non payment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived on the property. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
