The leasing office manager, Joyce, completely ruined my experience in this apartment. She might be nice to you when you are living here, but when you move out, she will show her real face. I have heard from other people that she is very mean and discriminating to international students. She would say, "this is MY country, so you'd better listen to me!" I talked to her only a few times so didn't feel it before. But when I was moving out recently, she became so hysteric. She would think that I was dishonest simply because I had a different opinion. And she even threatened to go to court simply because I have no idea about the legal system here. I never had such a bad experience with any other people in this country before.

The neighbourhood is not a good place to live. In this half year alone, thieves broke into at least 3 cars and stole the CD players.

The Park Apartments, LLC, are a member of the Austin Apartment Association, the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non payment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived on the property. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
