I've lived in many apt. complexes before and this by far, has been the worst one. The manager is a mean, RACIST, nosey old lady who lacks any level of professionalism. She yelled at me and called me obscene names once for no reason. She's a crazy old lady who's probably off her medication. There are raccoons and stray cats all over the complex and the old lady peeks into the residents' windows. There's also been a few car break-ins since I've lived here. If you value your privacy and your self-respect, do not live at this -------- of a complex.

The Park Apartments, LLC, are a member of the Austin Apartment Association, the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non payment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived on the property. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
