Obviously, you get what you pay for. I'd recommend paying the extra 20-50 dollars a month to live somewhere else. The landlord here is an awful, mean, vindictive and racist lady who treats all minorities as if they are stupid inferiors. Thus, to show her disregard for her tenants, she invades their privacy by sneaking around at night and looking in on tenants to ensure they aren't breaking any rules. What a freak.

The Park Apartments, LLC, are a member of the Austin Apartment Association, the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non payment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived on the property. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
