These apartments are nice and convenient and good for their price; however, for the amount of discomfort and bad treatment you get here, you are better off spending your money elsewhere.

The leasing office is nice when they want you to live there. I have a college degree in English and a job as a writer. When I went in to discuss my lease, the staff treated me as if I didn't understand anything thing they said. They punctuated everything they said with, "Do you understand what I just said'" And this was in regards to a question about intialiing stuff and signing on the dotted line.

I think that just because I am a minority, they should not assume that I cannot speak or understand English. That is not only degrading, but extremely racist.

The Park Apartments, LLC, are a member of the Austin Apartment Association, the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non payment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived on the property. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. If so many residents got evicted or not paying the rents, and then post negative comments here, I mean even if all these are true, why not happen to any apt else????
