I lived there. Overall, it is ok.... But when talking about the management, it is really a nightmare... What a bad memory when we moved out, and the landlady don't want to return our deposit, she even cursed us: live like pigs!!! We are just quiet girls who once lived there and moved out... how come when you didn't want to return our deposit, but cursed two girls like this.... :( *don't even want to recall this memory* P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

The Park Apartments, LLC, are a member of the Austin Apartment Association, the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non payment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived on the property. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity.
