compared to other apartment complexes in the area, this is by far has the best to offer. management cares about its residents. they do what is within their means to ensure the safety of the property and its residents. it's nice and quiet here. there are never loud parties and i have yet to see a police car pull in for a disturbance.

the location is great as you are close to downtown and public transportation at your front door.

maintenance does a great job and the office staff is friendly and courteous. they actually do care about one's well being and try to help with what they can.

it's very straight forward here. if you don't follow the rules, expect to be told something and there's a reason why the rules are in place. it makes the community here what it is...great to live in.

looks like you're the manager, not a resident, I gurantee no residents would say "they care about the residents", what they care is the very last penny in your wallet.

They do care about the residents. I moved out two months ago, and if they could manage a community in Arlington, I would move into it because I have never been so content in an apartment as I was when I was there.
