I moved out at the end of August. Living at the Parks was the best apartment experience I could have possibly imagined, especially since its in a party town. If they could have that complex in DFW where I live now, I would live there again.
Yes, the rules are extreme. But if I have to abide by them, that also means that everyone else there does too! I was warned when touring the complex of the stipulations, and that is what made me choose to live there (as a single woman, I prefer security over a hip-hopping lifestyle). If you want to party, don't live here. If you are serious about your job or school, this is the place for you. You can get away with studying on a Friday night without interruption- it is fabulous. Anyone thinking about living here, consider these things... Joyce is not crazy, just trying to maintain a standard of living at the complex that long term and responsible residents expect. As for those noting people invading their privacy, that is nuts. In order for them to even enter my apartment, they wanted signed consent.

Lots of other apts around have the exactly same feature of no parties in weekends, I don't understand what you're talking about. I have friends living there who never wants to talk to the managers for bunches of different reasons, making me think eventually this bad place will lose all of the residents and the owner will definitely sell the property some day down the road. Your words sound like Joyce herself. |

I think this review was written by Joyce herself. "Hip-hopping lifestyle"? Only some old hag would use that phrase.
