You would think that having a huge church practically in your back yard would be a nice neighborhood, that was what I thought. The traffic here is monsterous, so it is pointless to go anywhere near 1325 before or after a church session. My neighbors are yuckie, always up always loud, I think one of them is even in jail right now for lude dancing... oh yah, This place is located near 2 trashy strip joints. I may not have chosen to live here, had I known more about the location, but being new to Austin, the office staff assured me that I would enjoy living here. The hot tub is always nasty, from being so busy at night. It's more like a "champaign room" than a family gathering place. I really feel dupted, I think the office staff was only focused on the sale and NOT the customer. I would never live here again, never ever tell even my worst enemy to move here, and I sure hope You choose another place to move to. I do not, and cannot trust the manager, office staff or even my neighbors, hell I don't even think my car is safe here. I have lost all faith with the property name. There is absoultely nothing anyone could do to build back my trust in theese scheisters.
