I have been a resident of Parkside Crossing for 1 1/2 years. There are many things I really enjoy about living here. Most of the residents are very friendly and we have lots of monthly activities which encourage the residents to come out and meet each other. We have a security officer that lives at the property which really helps us feel secure. We had a turn-over in management earlier in the year, which has turned out to be a good thing. Before, it was hard to get things taken care of if we had maintenance issues but now they get taken care of very quickly. The property manager is very fair when it comes to problems that we may have. I feel that the negative statements that are on here are from people who didn't pay their rent on time and were mad for other reasons. It really is a good, family oriented place to live.
