I've been a resident of Parkside Crossing for 2 years. The first thing I would like to say is that I've never been late on rent or had any other kind of personal problems. I will say, however, that I do not feel the Property Manager is very fair when it comes to working things out. It hasn't happened to me, but it happened to my neighbor, who has never been late on rent either. The manager is very deceptive, and I've seen first hand how she talks bad about other residents when they're not around. I choose not to involve myself in those conversations, so I leave. She also tried to tell me about how a certain resident better pay their rent or she will "**ck them up." I thought that was absolutely unprofessional and unnecessary. Yes, they have resident activities, but I prefer the Care team that they used to have. I still keep in touch with the Care team, and they are doing great at another Apartment complex. I'm considering moving there, actually. And yes, there is a security officer, but I never see him around. I really don't care for the staff there. I prefer the previous management. I feel they don't care too much about residents concerns. Like a previous reviewer said, it's pretty fake. I would not recommend Parkside Crossing for all of the drama that goes on there.
