I feel that the staff at Parkside Crossing does a great job-they really go out of their way to make the residents feel comfortable, appreciated, and cared for. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and will go out of their way to make you feel right at home. They are always willing to help out, and do an excellent job, especially Crystal. The staff odes not mind taking time out to go above and beyond the usual.
