I've lived here since the end of May and I've never really had a problem. Parking isn't an issue unless it's late at night which makes sense and even then I usually get a space right in front of my building. The only issue I have is that there are children who leave their toys in the middle of the road and parking area but that's not an apartment issue, that's a parenting issue. There's a previous review on here about the complex being located near two strip joints. It is located fairly close to one, but by fairly close I mean 2 and a half miles down the road. The other that I'm assuming the poster was referring to is across the interstate. Right next door is the Wells Branch Community Center (which I've never gone to) but is apparently very popular with the kids in the neighborhood. There's also a public pool within walking distance that's much larger than the apartment pool. Another thing is that the carpet is IMPOSSIBLE to keep clean in this place. One of my neighbors has professional carpet cleaners in once a month.

All in all I really think it's a nice place to live. I've never had problems with the staff or neighbors.
