This apartment community used to be one of the best in the area, but things in the last few years have gone from bad to worse. The office has some of the rudest, immature staff I have ever seen. When you walk into the office it takes 15-20 minutes at times to even be greeted because they are either busy playing on the internet or they will lock the office for hours while "out on property" - yet can't be found. This is supposed to be a government-funded property
but the money the complex receives monthly for improvements doesn't seem to show up in any of the upkeep of the property. The front fence needs to be painted and has been for the last two years. The hot tub has only worked for a few months on
and off for the past 5 years. The pool isn't properly cleaned or maintained. (the city should inspect this) The equipment in the fitness room never works properly. Numerous complaints to Sunridge Management has done nothing. Most of the residents are so fed up with the management (or lack thereof) of this property, that they are moving out. In the next year, many families who have been here for years will
be moving out. If Parkside Crossing, and Sunridge Management were as concerned about the residents as they should be, then they wouldn't have so many good people leaving! You don't want to rent here!!!

I absolutely could not agree more!!! I have lived there for 3.5 years, and in that time this property has gone DOWNHILL. The office staff is extremely immature, the maintenance staff doesn't know or do squat, the exercise equipment is never in working order, I could go on and on. The staff is ALWAYS "out on the property", especially on weekends, when for most of the residents this is the only time they can speak to management regarding issues they may have. They will stick you for every charge possible, and I've even had to get an attorney involved at one point due to poor maintenance of the AC unit. Long time residents are moving out in droves. This used to be a very nice place to live. I would not recommend renting here either.
