I have lived at pc for the last several years and in the last year or so the property has gone to the dogs! The management staff makes rules (like enforcing vehicle registration) but when the security officer tags the cars that are in violation, he doesn't tag some of the management (who lives on the property). The management never knows what's up or what's down at any given time. We are all charged different amounts for covered parking when they are all the same sized spaces. The pool has needed resurfacing since I moved in! Hot tub never works. There are SO many problems that continue on and on that I will be leaving when my lease expires in a few months.
