I have lived there for 3.5 years, and in that time this property has gone DOWNHILL. The office staff is extremely immature, the maintenance staff doesn't know or do squat, the exercise equipment is never in working order, I could go on and on. The staff is ALWAYS "out on the property", especially on weekends, when for most of the residents this is the only time they can speak to management regarding issues they may have. They will stick you for every charge possible, the gates NEVER work, and I've even had to get an attorney involved at one point due to poor maintenance of the AC unit. Long time residents are moving out in droves. This used to be a very nice place to live. I would not recommend renting here either. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

That couldnt be more true, they will not work with you on ANYTHING. They even tried to tell me I had only put down a $50 deposit, thank god I had paperwork prior to subletting stating there was $840 down. The management is very brusk and rude whenever you need to express a concern or dissatifaction.
