I'ved lived here for about 8 months now, and just now I've taken the time to read through reviews of the complex. Having read them I probably never would have moved in, but most seem like they are from people who prolly had personal issues with the place.

The only problems I've had is for some reason after about 6 months my carpet started getting black spots where I know I've never spilled anything. I believe the pad underneath the carpet was probably stained before I moved in. Also I'ved been kicked out of the pool at 10pm once, but the hundreds of times I see other people out there till 1 in the morning the "courtasy" officer never says anything. Times when it's been 11pm-1am and I've called complaining about the noise at the pool they've also failed to act. I'm on the third floor above the pool, it's normaly not very loud but when it is, it's very annoying.
