I've lived here going on five months and I've not had any major problems at all with the apartment complex. I recently moved here from out of state and picked this place because it is minutes away from my workplace. Yes, I've noticed that they have switched a few people around but I always found them to be very friendly. I'm in the office quite often as I am always picking up packages in the office and I've never had a bad experience. The tenant before me had a washer/dryer still in the apartment prior to me moving in and I went over to management and they sent over someone right away to remove it as I had my own washer/dryer. In addition, I had problems with pigeons making a lot of noise above me- as I live on the 3rd floor. I went in and advised management and they sent out the very nice maintenance guys to fix the problem. Pigeons had somehow managed to find their way in the space right under the roof and they patched it up and I've not had a problem since. This area is also in a great location and I've not noticed any problems with parking or with the gate, etc. This is just my personal experience with these apartments.
