This place is going to hell

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2009
 
It is turning into the Ghetto....people are selling drugs outside in the parking lot, car stereo's are blaring at all hours of the day and night, the managment is NO WHERE to be found, nothing gets fixed, BAD ant problem and either the gates are broken or the entry pad! We are leaving ASAP!
