I was a resident here for only seven months and I got the hell out. Despite the great deal I recieved on my apartment, the savings were not worth it. There are numerous shady individuals (drug dealers, strippers, etc..) that are constantly on or around the premises. Not to mention that a RAPE occured in the building right next to mine. There are security gates, but they are almost always broken. The parking was horrible. I often had to park in front of the leasing office and walk a distance to my apartment, and then I would recieve a not on my vehicle with a threat to tow. There was always a problem with exsesive noise. There were also several gas leaks that I was told by the TXU gas representative were due to the falt of cheap materials supplied by the complex. Also, now that I moved out, they are leaving me with a $700 bill because they decided to put in a new carpet. It's not worth it, find a safer place with a nicer and more helpful office staff.
