This apartment is the worst place i have ever lived. The second month i moved in i had to put in three work orders for a new toilet which he insisted i had broken. It took over two weeks to get fixed and they never let us know they were fixing it. Maintenance people enter your apartment at any time without notice. Noise pollution is a huge problem.(I can hear my neighbors doing ANYTHING) The building is very old and has mold problems that the owners will deny till death. Right after i moved in, i had bronchitis for two weeks. Not to mention an insect problem they fail to recognize. They are very rude and insulting, and will make your stay here miserable. When you move out, they will charge you for things that they did, and they refuse to fix anything. i have now lost my entire deposit and currently in the middle of a legal battle. my advice- run for the hills.
